• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the tour’s start time.

• If you cancel less than 48 hours before the tour’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

• Any changes made less than 48 hours before the tour’s start time will not be accepted.

• Cut-off times are based on the tour's local time.

• Kāpiti Cycle Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to forecasted strong winds, heavy rain or other unforeseen circumstances and an option of a full refund or a rescheduling will be offered.
